Delete your Sihat AI account

Option 1: From the app

1. Open the Sihat AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account. This opens this page, where you can send your request.

Option 2: By email

1. Email support@sihat-ai.comwith the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address registered to your Sihat AI account, so we can confirm it is you.
3. We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

If you signed up with Google, deleting your Sihat AI account does not delete your Google account. You can also remove Sihat AI's access in your Google Account settings.

• Your account and sign-in details, including linked Google sign-in and passkeys
• Your profile: name, contact details, NRIC/IC, date of birth, emergency contacts and profile photo
• Health data: face scan and kiosk readings, health records and uploaded documents, cycle logs, health coach goals and VR wellness data
• Chat conversations with the Sihat AI assistant and AI-generated insights
• Points, rewards and referral history

• Data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of your confirmed request, and from encrypted backups within a further 90 days.
• Marketplace order and transaction records may be kept for up to 7 years where required by Malaysian tax and accounting law. These are kept securely and used only for that purpose.
• De-identified data that can no longer be linked to you (for example anonymous scan calibration data) may be kept to improve the Services.

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

You can delete individual health records and documents in the app at any time. To ask us to delete specific data without closing your account, email support@sihat-ai.com.
